Who is responsible
TODO — legal entity acting as controller for account data, registered address, and a contact address for privacy questions.
For the reports we receive about your website, you are the controller and we act on your instructions as a processor. TODO — confirm this position and reference the data processing agreement.
What we store about your account
Your name, your email address and your password in hashed form, plus the team and projects you create. We need these to give you an account and to show you the right reports.
What is in a browser report
When a browser reports a problem on your site, we store what the browser sends: the address of the page, a description of what went wrong, the resource involved, and the browser's user-agent string.
Browsers do not send cookies, session data or any other credentials to a reporting endpoint on another domain. We never receive them.
TODO — note that a page address can itself contain personal data if a site puts it there, and describe what customers should do about that.
How long we keep it
TODO — retention period for reports and for account data after an account is closed. There is no automatic deletion in the product yet, so decide the period before publishing this.
Who else processes it
TODO — list the sub-processors and where they are located. At the time of writing that is the hosting provider running this service and Resend, which delivers our notification emails.
Cookies
This site uses a session cookie to keep you logged in. There are no advertising or analytics cookies, and no tracking scripts.
Your rights

Disclaimer
for.duty shows you what browsers report about your website. It cannot promise that every problem on your site is reported, or that a report is complete — that depends on the browsers your visitors use and on what those browsers choose to send.
